Sparts was born from firsthand experience. While studying at university in the United States, our founders saw how seamless car care could be—ordering car parts online with fast delivery, clear pricing, and repair shops using organized systems to service vehicles efficiently. The entire experience was convenient, transparent, and customer-focused.

When they returned to Kuwait, the contrast was clear. Accessing the same level of service—whether ordering parts, managing repairs, or finding trusted garages—was far more fragmented, time-consuming, and difficult to trust. That gap sparked the idea for Sparts: to bring the simplicity, efficiency, and transparency they experienced abroad to the local automotive market.

Founded in late 2019, Sparts began by serving insurance companies, the largest purchasers in the automotive industry. We developed a system to handle spare parts quotations and delivery, connecting insurance companies with spare parts suppliers and garages to streamline claims and repairs. This solution later evolved into iMotor, which was successfully acquired in 2024.

Building on that foundation, Sparts expanded into the consumer market, initially focusing on online spare parts ordering. As the platform grew, so did the vision. We evolved into automotive services and repairs to close the full customer journey, while continuing to develop digital tools for businesses.

Today, Sparts is a complete automotive ecosystem—connecting consumers, garages, suppliers, and service providers—designed to build trust, improve transparency, and revolutionize how car care is delivered.
