Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Sparts App / Website

By accessing or using the Sparts application or website (the “App/Website”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the App/Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made to them.
First: General Terms and Conditions
Sparts reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The user is responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
Sparts is not obligated to notify users of any amendments made to these Terms.
Continued use of the App/Website after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Certain services, subscriptions, or packages may be subject to additional special terms, and such special terms shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between the general terms and any special terms related to a specific service or package, the special terms shall apply to that service or package to the extent relevant.
Second: Definitions
“You,” “Customer,” or “User” means any individual using the Sparts App or Website.
“We,” “Us,” or “Sparts” means the entity that owns and operates the App/Website.
“User Information” means the personal data collected from users.
“Registered Garage” means any commercially qualified workshop or service provider registered on the platform.
“Approved Garage / Agency” means major garages or car agencies classified by Sparts to provide high-quality services, which may include additional special warranties when announced.
“Sparts Pro” means a subscription section or program within the Sparts App/Website that includes a range of paid packages and services offering additional benefits to customers. These may include, but are not limited to, Sanad Roadside Assistance, discount packages, premium services, or any other subscriptions that Sparts may add in the future.
“Sanad Service” means one of the Sparts Pro packages. It is an annual roadside assistance subscription provided through Sparts or through approved service providers or third parties, and includes roadside assistance services according to the selected package and its terms.
“Registered Vehicle” means the vehicle whose information is registered, or whose registration document is uploaded and linked to a Sanad subscription through the App, Website, or any approved Sparts channel.
“Roadside Assistance Service Provider” means any third party or service provider assigned by Sparts or through the platform to perform Sanad services such as towing, battery jump-start, tire change, fuel delivery, or vehicle unlocking.
“Sanad Discount Code” means a discount code that Sparts may grant to Sanad subscribers, with a value determined by Sparts or announced or agreed upon at the time of purchase or subscription, to be used as a discount on Sparts services according to the terms set by Sparts. It shall not be considered part of the core roadside assistance services.
“Roadside Assistance Request” means a request submitted by the customer due to an emergency related to the vehicle on the road, such as vehicle breakdown, weak battery, damaged tire, fuel shortage, or locking the vehicle while the key is inside.
“Additional Transport” means any additional towing or transport request after the first towing service has been completed, including transporting the vehicle from one garage to another or from one location to another after the original emergency situation has ended.
Third: Services Provided
Sparts allows users to request repair services, mobile maintenance services, products, and spare parts from agencies, suppliers, garages, and service providers. These may be delivered by Sparts or third-party service providers. The App also allows users to request vehicle repair services or home services through registered service providers. The platform also provides a payment system for services and products, as well as appointment booking with service providers and garages that offer such feature. Sparts may also provide paid subscription services and packages under Sparts Pro, subject to the specific terms of each package.
3.1 Price Inquiry / Spare Parts Quotation Requests
When submitting a spare parts quotation request, the customer agrees to pay a nominal inquiry fee shown to the customer at the time of submitting the request.
This fee is due in return for the spare parts inquiry service, whether a price is provided for original parts only, aftermarket parts only, or if the part is not available at all within Sparts’ supplier network.
The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the customer completes the purchase after receiving the quotation, the inquiry fee shall be deducted from the final invoice.
3.2 E-commerce Store
The App/Website includes various sections displaying products and services with fixed prices, which the user may add to the cart and complete the purchase.
3.3 Repair Requests
When submitting a repair request, the customer agrees to pay a service fee that varies from one garage to another and may include towing and technical inspection fees, if applicable.
The customer has the right to:a. Deliver the vehicle personally to the garage, subject to the garage’s approval.b. Use the towing service provided by the garage for an additional fee.
After the damage is assessed, the repair value and details will be sent to the customer through the App for approval and payment before work begins.
After the customer approves the repair, the garage may request an advance payment before starting the work to prepare materials and spare parts, or may agree to payment after completion according to the garage’s terms and policy.
All payments, whether advance or full, must be made exclusively through the Sparts App or through approved methods such as payment links or installment services provided by Sparts.
Sparts shall not be responsible for any dispute arising between the customer and the service provider if the customer makes payment outside the platform or through unauthorized methods.
3.4 Home Service Requests
The App allows customers to submit requests for various home services, including but not limited to oil change, battery replacement, tires, filters, and other services, with the ability to choose the appropriate service provider from the displayed list.
The customer agrees to pay the service fee according to the prices set by the selected service provider, whether payment is made before or after the service depending on the service provider’s policy.
The service provider may charge additional fees for certain items such as travel fees, additional equipment, spare parts, or materials, which shall be clarified to the customer before confirming the request.
After submitting the request, the service details and cost will be sent to the customer through the App for approval and payment.
All payments must be made exclusively through the Sparts App or through approved methods such as payment links or installment services provided by Sparts.
Sparts shall not be responsible for any dispute arising between the customer and the service provider if the customer makes payment outside the platform or through unauthorized methods.
3.5 Sanad Service – One of the Sparts Pro Packages
Sparts allows customers to subscribe to Sanad Service, one of the Sparts Pro packages, which is dedicated to roadside emergencies and assisting customers in emergency situations related to vehicles, according to the selected package type and the terms and conditions stated at the time of subscription.
Sanad Service is provided through Sparts or through approved service providers or third parties. Sparts’ role is limited to managing and organizing service requests and connecting the customer with the appropriate service provider based on availability, location, and type of case.

Subscription is not currently available inside the Sparts App. However, Sparts may make the subscription available through the App in future updates, without affecting the validity of subscriptions made through the website.
If the customer downloads the Sparts App and does not find the Sanad subscription option, this shall not be considered a service error, as subscription is currently available only through the official website until the subscription feature is enabled in the App.
Sanad Service may include, depending on the selected package and service availability, some or all of the following services:a. Vehicle towing.b. Battery jump-start in case of weakness or failure.c. Replacement of a damaged tire with the spare tire, provided that the spare tire is available and fit for use.d. Delivery of an emergency quantity of fuel sufficient to reach the nearest fuel station. This does not necessarily include the cost of fuel unless otherwise stated in the package.e. Unlocking the vehicle if it is locked while the key is inside, whenever such service can be performed safely and without violating applicable laws or regulations.f. Any additional benefits, coupons, or free services announced by Sparts from time to time, subject to availability, and not considered a mandatory part of the core service.
The subscription term for Sanad Service is one year starting from the date of activation of the subscription and linking the vehicle or vehicles to the package, not merely from the date of payment, unless otherwise clarified to the customer.
The subscription will be activated within up to 3 business days from the date of completing payment and providing Sparts with all required information, including vehicle details, a copy of the vehicle registration document, or any other documents requested by Sparts to verify and link the vehicle to the subscription.
The customer is not entitled to use Sanad Service before the activation process is completed and the vehicle or vehicles are linked to the subscription, even if payment has already been made.
Sanad Service is linked only to the customer and the vehicle or vehicles registered under the subscription. It may not be used for any vehicle that is not registered or approved under the subscription.
If the package is for one vehicle, the service applies to one vehicle only. If the package is family-based or multi-vehicle, the service applies to the number of vehicles specified in the package, provided that each vehicle’s information is registered and approved by Sparts.
Sparts has the right to request any information or documents necessary to activate the subscription, including a copy of the vehicle registration document, plate number, chassis number, vehicle make and model, and the customer’s contact details.
If the customer does not provide the required information or if Sparts is unable to verify the vehicle details, Sparts may delay activation or refuse to link the vehicle to the subscription until the required information is completed.
Sparts reserves the right to refuse activation of any vehicle or suspend the service for any vehicle if its information is found to be incorrect, if its use violates the service terms, or if it is not eligible to benefit from the package.
Vehicles older than 10 years at the time of subscription are subject to special conditions. For towing services for vehicles older than 10 years, the service is limited to a maximum of 4 times during the annual subscription period, and not more than once per month. Battery jump-start, spare tire replacement, fuel delivery, and vehicle unlocking may be provided to such vehicles when technically and operationally feasible, depending on the vehicle condition, service provider availability, and safety requirements. Sparts reserves the right to refuse any service if the vehicle condition, location, age, or technical status does not allow the service to be performed safely or properly.
Estimated arrival times are indicative only and may vary depending on the customer’s location, road conditions, service provider availability, peak times, weather conditions, operational issues, or any circumstances beyond the control of Sparts or the service provider.
Sanad Service or any package under Sparts Pro is not an insurance service and does not cover the costs of vehicle repair, spare parts, accident-related damage, mechanical or electrical faults, or any direct or indirect losses incurred by the customer.
Additional fees may be charged to the customer in some cases, including but not limited to requesting service outside the coverage area, requesting a service not included in the package, requiring special equipment, transporting the vehicle for an additional distance, or repeated use of the service beyond the package limits.
Sanad Service is intended for roadside emergency assistance only and is not a general transportation or open-use service.
The customer may use one service per day from the five services included in Sanad, namely:a. Towing.b. Battery jump-start.c. Replacement of the damaged tire with the spare tire.d. Fuel delivery.e. Vehicle unlocking.
Sparts has the right to refuse any repeated request on the same day if it is found to be outside the scope of roadside emergencies, an improper use of the service, or beyond the package limits.
If the customer uses the towing service to transport the vehicle to a garage or a location selected by the customer, and then later decides to change the garage or move the vehicle to another location, additional fees may be charged for the second transport.
Sparts confirms that Sanad Service is intended for roadside emergency assistance and is not intended for general transportation or repeated transport between garages or locations.
Sparts is not obligated to provide an additional free transport after the first towing service has been completed. Any additional transport is subject to Sparts’ or the service provider’s approval, service availability, and the applicable fees for the case.
A Sanad subscriber may receive a discount code as an additional benefit provided by Sparts. Its value may be KWD 10, less, or more, depending on what is announced or confirmed to the customer at the time of purchase or subscription.
Sparts has the right to modify the coupon value, discontinue it, replace it, or change its terms in the future, provided that this does not contradict what was confirmed to the customer at the time of purchase or subscription.
The discount code may be used on Sparts services according to the terms set by Sparts and after the Sanad subscription is activated.
The discount code is not considered part of the core roadside assistance services, and the failure to use it, its expiration, or its non-applicability shall not affect the validity of the Sanad subscription or the core services included in it.
Sparts reserves the right to amend, discontinue, replace, or determine the terms of use of any coupons, discount codes, or additional benefits at any time, without giving rise to any compensation or claim against Sparts, provided that this does not contradict what was confirmed to the customer at the time of purchase or subscription.
The coupon or discount code may not be exchanged for cash or converted into a refundable credit unless Sparts decides otherwise.
In the event of an accident, injury, or danger to the customer, vehicle, or others, the customer must contact the competent authorities, such as the police, ambulance, or traffic authorities, before requesting to move or transport the vehicle.
Sparts or the service provider shall not be responsible for moving the vehicle if doing so violates the instructions of the competent authorities or before completing the required official procedures, including obtaining a repair order from the Ministry of Interior or any competent authority whenever required.
Sparts or the service provider has the right to refuse to perform towing or any other service if the case requires approval or action from the competent authorities before execution.
Sanad Service does not include the following cases, including but not limited to:a. Vehicles located in prohibited, unsafe, or difficult-to-access areas.b. Vehicles stuck in sand, desert areas, or off paved roads, unless the case is specially accepted by the service provider with additional fees.c. Accidents requiring official procedures from the police, traffic authorities, or competent authorities before moving the vehicle.d. Vehicles that are unlicensed, unroadworthy, or do not carry valid documents.e. Vehicles used for illegal purposes or in violation of regulations.f. Heavy commercial vehicles, equipment, or machinery not included in individual packages, unless otherwise agreed.g. Any situation that poses a risk to the safety of the service provider, the customer, or others.h. Force majeure events such as natural disasters, road closures, wars, disturbances, government decisions, or any circumstances beyond the control of Sparts.
The customer must remain near the vehicle or provide an effective means of communication when requesting the service, and must provide Sparts or the service provider with the correct location and required information. If the team is unable to reach the customer due to incorrect information, failure to answer, or a change of location, Sparts or the service provider may consider the request used or canceled depending on the case.
Sparts reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription without refund in case of misuse of the service, providing incorrect information, using the subscription for unregistered vehicles, or attempting to circumvent package limits or terms.
The subscription may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to others except with Sparts’ approval. Changing the registered vehicle is also subject to Sparts’ approval and submission of the required documents.
The customer may submit a request to change one vehicle during the subscription period, only once and within the first 3 months from the subscription activation date, provided that the vehicle to be replaced has not used any Sanad service.
Approval of the vehicle change request is subject to Sparts’ discretion and approval. The customer must provide Sparts with the required information and documents for the replacement vehicle.
Submitting a vehicle change request is not an automatic right of the customer, and Sparts may reject the request if misuse or violation of the service terms is found.
The Sanad subscription is non-refundable after activation unless Sparts decides otherwise at its discretion or as required by applicable laws in the State of Kuwait. Before activation, Sparts may accept a cancellation request depending on the case, with deduction of any payment gateway fees, administrative fees, or operational costs, if any.
If any Sanad service has been used after activation, the customer shall not be entitled to request a refund of the subscription value.
Any additional free services, discounts, or coupons related to Sanad Service or any package under Sparts Pro are subject to their own terms and may be amended, discontinued, or replaced at any time without giving rise to any compensation or claim against Sparts, provided that this does not contradict what was confirmed to the customer at the time of purchase or subscription.
Fourth: User Eligibility and Responsibilities
The user must be legally eligible and at least 21 years old.
If users under the age of 21 participate, the guardian or legal representative shall be fully responsible for the user’s compliance with these Terms.
The user confirms that they have the legal capacity to complete any transaction through the App/Website.
The user confirms that all information and documents provided to Sparts are correct and up to date, including vehicle details, vehicle registration document, payment details, and contact information.
The user must update their information whenever any change occurs and shall be responsible for any delay, refusal, or inability to provide the service due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Fifth: Terms of Use
No user may copy, download, publish, or attempt to provide any of the services offered by the App/Website to other users.
Personal information or any user-related data may be shared with participating and authorized parties for operational, statistical, development, marketing, or service improvement purposes, in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
The user is subject to all fees shown during the payment process.
The company owning the App/Website has the right to deduct any fees from the user’s credit card or KNET account.
The company has the right to suspend the App or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice and without any liability.
The user undertakes not to attempt to interfere with the App/Website services, other accounts, or online communication systems.
The App/Website may not be used to publish or transmit any illegal content or any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
By completing payment or clicking the payment or subscription button, the user acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Sparts App/Website, including any special terms related to the selected service or package.
For Sparts Pro subscriptions and Sanad Service, the user acknowledges that service activation is subject to providing Sparts with the required information and documents and their approval by Sparts.
Sparts has the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any request or subscription if there is incorrect information, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Sixth: Warranty and Refund Policy
6.1 Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Warranty / Registered and Approved Garages
Coverage
The warranty covers only the parts that were replaced or repaired, or the maintenance work performed during the service.
For approved garages/agencies, Sparts provides an additional warranty according to a special policy announced when applicable.
Exclusions
Problems that appear after delivery and are not related to the original repair.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, vandalism, or tampering.
Normal wear and tear.
Used parts are not covered by warranty unless the law provides otherwise, and this shall be agreed with the service provider.
Electrical parts are not covered unless the service provider or supplier states otherwise.
Claims Process
Any issue must be reported within the legally applicable warranty period and for the system that was repaired, through phone or WhatsApp.
The issue will be reassessed by the service provider, with the required details clarified to the customer in advance.
If it is proven that the issue resulted from a technical error, the service provider shall be responsible for correcting it or refunding the amount.
If the issue is due to a defective spare part, it will be replaced free of charge.
Warranty details will be included in the customer’s invoice by the service provider.
6.2 Spare Parts Warranty
Coverage and Return Policy
Spare parts may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the part is in its original packaging and in good condition allowing the supplier to resell it.
Electrical parts are excluded and are subject to the terms of local agencies and suppliers.
Exchange or return may also be accepted in the following cases:a. If the part is damaged or not fit for use.b. If the wrong part was delivered due to an error by Sparts or the supplier.c. If the customer ordered an incorrect part and received it despite consulting Sparts support.
Spare parts are also subject to the manufacturer’s or local distributor’s warranty, such as batteries and tires, which often carry a warranty of one to two years.
Exclusions
Damage resulting from incorrect installation by the customer or a third party.
Normal wear and tear.
Parts that have been modified, tampered with, or used improperly.
Electrical parts, unless the supplier or agency states otherwise.
Claims Process
Any issue with the parts must be reported within the warranty period.
Sparts will verify the claim and coordinate with the supplier or manufacturer.
If the claim is eligible, the part will be replaced or the amount will be refunded according to the supplier’s policies.
6.3 Refund Policy for Subscriptions and Sparts Pro
Any subscriptions or packages under Sparts Pro, including Sanad Service, are subject to their own refund terms.
If the subscription has been activated and the vehicle or vehicles have been linked to the service, the subscription shall not be refundable unless Sparts decides otherwise at its discretion or as required by applicable laws in the State of Kuwait.
Before activation, Sparts may accept a cancellation request depending on the case, with deduction of any payment gateway fees, administrative fees, or operational costs, if any.
If any Sanad service has been used after activation, the customer shall not be entitled to request a refund of the subscription value.
Seventh: Limitation of Liability
Sparts is not responsible for the quality or speed of repairs or home services provided by registered garages or service providers.
For approved garages/agencies, Sparts provides an additional warranty and assumes part of the responsibility according to the announced policy.
Sparts shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or delays beyond its control.
With respect to Sanad Service or any package under Sparts Pro, Sparts’ role is limited to organizing and managing service requests and connecting the customer with service providers. Sparts shall not be liable for delay, unavailability, or inability to perform the service when this is due to circumstances beyond its control, the service provider, vehicle location, road conditions, lack of customer cooperation, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Sparts shall not be liable for any mechanical or electrical faults or vehicle damage that existed before requesting the service or resulted from the vehicle condition, method of use, age, or lack of roadworthiness.
Sparts shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of benefit, loss of time, business interruption, or any claims indirectly resulting from the use or inability to use the App, services, or subscriptions.
Sparts shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform Sanad Service if caused by the vehicle location, road condition, traffic congestion, weather conditions, lack of nearby service provider availability, customer failure to answer, inaccurate location, unclear vehicle information, or any circumstance beyond Sparts’ control.
Sparts or the service provider shall not be responsible for moving the vehicle if doing so violates the instructions of the competent authorities or before completing the required official procedures, including obtaining a repair order from the Ministry of Interior or any competent authority whenever required.
Responsibility for Personal Belongings Inside the Vehicle
The customer must remove all personal belongings, such as cash, electronic devices, jewelry, documents, and any other items, before handing the vehicle over to the garage or when requesting home service or roadside assistance.
Neither Sparts nor the garage/service provider shall be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left inside the vehicle or at the service location.
The customer must remove any cash, electronic devices, documents, jewelry, or personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over or transporting it.
Eighth: Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to electronic services, such as payment or use of the App, shall be managed by Sparts.
Disputes related to the quality of repairs, home services, or warranty shall be handled directly by the service provider, executing garage, or approved garage/agency.
Disputes related to Sanad Service or any package under Sparts Pro, including activation, package limits, vehicle eligibility, or service use, shall first be reviewed by Sparts based on subscription details, request records, and package terms.
The legal reference shall be the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

Tenth: Invoices
Garages, home service providers, and roadside assistance service providers are responsible for issuing official invoices to customers in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait, whenever applicable to the nature of the service.
Sparts’ role is limited to providing the customer with an electronic receipt confirming request and payment details. This receipt shall not be considered an official tax invoice.
For subscriptions and packages, Sparts may issue an electronic receipt or payment confirmation showing the package type, amount paid, payment date, and subscription status.
The electronic receipt shall not be considered an official tax invoice unless otherwise stated or unless an official invoice is issued in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
